The old station at Gillespie Road
The old station at Gillespie Road

The requirements of a transport strategy will change with time as the demands evolve with ever-changing circumstances. Therefore, the basis of every successful transport strategy is an in-depth understanding of the dynamics of the travel choices available for all travellers to all destinations.

The foundation for all our work is clear and concise research and analysis of detailed travel patterns. This is supported by complex analysis using GIS and simulation modelling.

These photos show the station close to the original Highbury Stadium before it was renamed in 1932, after Arsenal Football Club. Highbury Stadium closed in 2006 but the station is still used by fans attending matches at the Emirates Stadium.  The attire has changed, as has the station name, but sustainable travel is still a very important theme.
