THFC planning secured after extensive work with the Authorities
In late September 2010, after nearly 3 years of work by Tim Spencer & Co, Tottenham Hotspur Football Club finally received a unanimous decision for approval from the planning committee at Haringey Council for the in situ stadium redevelopment. A large proportion of the Section 106 legal agreement was drafted by Tim Spencer.
The key to the radical transformation of the stadium operation lies in detailed planning, careful management and good communications. This is all incorporated into the approved Tim Spencer & Co Stadium Management Plan that is central to the planning agreement.
