The stadium has been transformed from being semi-derelict to one of the world’s leading venues. Tim worked on the project for 11 years and attended some 200 planning and design team meetings. The project was built in phases to allow continual use of the stadium for the famous All-Ireland Finals and to fit with the availability of funding. The project set new international standards for the quality of the auditorium views and the back of house Club and Box level facilities.
