Tim was responsible for all the transport aspects of the Second Building Agreement which re-planned the East End of Canary Wharf to accommodate much increased density, the Jubilee Line Extension station and incorporated Heron Quays to the south. The workforce now numbers over 120,000 and the Wharf is now a business district of worldwide repute.
