2010 was another memorable year at The Emirates Stadium
Tim Spencer has been working for Arsenal Football Club for over 20 years. The building of the new stadium in 2006 has only been part of the exciting picture.
Arsenalisation of the area has included: the redevelopment of the old Highbury Stadium into Highbury Square; the construction of Hornsey Street Waste and Recycling Building; the construction of residential and commercial properties in Eden Grove and Drayton Park, including the AFC offices and shop; and, the building of Queensland Road residential development. With the planning submission of 282 student rooms close to the stadium in Hornsey Road due in 2021, the work with Arsenal continues.
